Job Description
A Team director / manager begins to take on leadership positions within the store. Team leads are expected to demonstrate strong character and integrity beyond just the functional skill of a team member. Team leads can handle guest complaints, alleviate pressure from Person in Charge (PIC’s) are able to lead a small group of people (Ex. drive through captain or hospitality team). Team leads act as role models for new hires.
